- 1–1.5 pounds white fish (cod or tilapia)
- 2–3 tablespoons Faida Hot Sauce (plus more to taste)
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Oil for cooking (about 1 tablespoon)
- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Shredded cabbage or lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions
- Marinate & Season: Place the fish in a dish. Drizzle with Faida Hot Sauce, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime. Let the fish marinate for about 5 minutes.
