
You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase, including your order number.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any merchant processing fees incurred during the original transaction.
- Refund timing will depend on your card issuer's policies.
- Faida Foods is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, misrouted, or undelivered, nor for delays caused by shipping carriers or products left outside for extended periods.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may request a reshipment after paying an additional shipping fee.
