You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase, including your order number.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any merchant processing fees incurred during the original transaction.

• Refund timing will depend on your card issuer's policies.
• Faida Foods is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, misrouted, or undelivered, nor for delays caused by shipping carriers or products left outside for extended periods.
• Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may request a reshipment after paying an additional shipping fee.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
• For international shipments, all customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order, which reflects the retail cost. Faida Foods cannot mark packages as "Gifts" to bypass customs fees.
• Occasionally, customs agents may delay delivery at their discretion.
• All prices on the Faida Foods website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a currency conversion, we recommend using a currency converter. Please note that your card issuer may apply conversion fees.
