Jambo!
I’m Christian, Founder of Faida.
Means "benefit" or "blessing"
in Swahili, symbolizing
good food and wellness.
It's also my mom's name
Raised in the Congo Basin, where basketball-sized fruits line the roads. During war my Mom transformed humble ingredients into legendary feasts, embodying the Faida spirit: grit and ingenuity. When the world gets scary , food stays.
