Tropical Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 6–8 cups fresh spinach or mixed greens
  • 1 cup diced fruit (mango, pineapple, or strawberries)
  • 1–2 tablespoons Faida Hot Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of half a lime or lemon
  • Drizzle of honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: thinly sliced onions, chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Create Salad Base: Place spinach or mixed greens in a large bowl. Add optional sliced onions if you like extra bite.
  2. Add Fruit: Sprinkle diced mango, pineapple, or strawberries over the greens.
  3. Mix Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk Faida Hot Sauce, olive oil, lime or lemon juice, and honey (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss & Serve: Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Gently toss until everything is coated. Add chopped nuts for crunch if you want, then serve right away.
